1. Gayle is an idiot and clueless.
2. They are so cheap that they're playing chicken with him hoping he quits so they don't have to pay him.

It’s beyond time to make her a pariah around town. Put a bag on her head next time you see her at Commanders and tell her to gift the team back to Rita to fix this mess and hold people accountable! Rita wasn’t afraid to fire poor performers.
