on the cheap if GW sez he could help I wouldn't mind. He has looked like a complete bust in Oakland though- but Oakland can make a lot of people look bad.

I wouldn't be against it. Bring him in and see what he can do. Oakland can make a lot of people look bad.

How about we let Gregg Williams decide if Huff fits into our plans or not. Huff obviously has some talent just not sure where he fits in yet. I mean, he was in Oakland. I say for the right price he is worth a shot but I would not invest too much into him being the answer we are looking for.

huff daddy would be awesome in black and gold..
i use to love him when he played for UT...definetely would capture the defense and take it under his wings...he's getting screwed in oakland...
look at it this way...charles woodson went to oakland, played the worse ball of his career, then went to Green Bay and is ballin' again...i can definitely see huff finding his fit in N.O.

Huff was a CB/S hybrid type guy the same as A. Rolle in AZ. It took Rolle about three years to "get it". I think Huff needs another year or two with a consistent team/coach and he could be really good. Speed plus strenght, that can't be taught.

he's more of a SS
No he's not. He is a FS who has been placed out of position in Oakland as a SS. The guy played CB in college and ran a 4.3 at the Combine. Playing in Oakland has really screwed him.

He does sound like the kinda hybrid that might work in a GW scheme. If affordable I wouldn't mind at all
