How does the governor decide how much the LSU football coach gets paid? It's 90% TAF funds

If Jeff Landry has any impact on what TAF and private donors contribute to the next coach's salary, he is what liberals claim Trump wants to be - a dictator.
Last time I saw, the LSU football coach's base salary was $400,000 from taxpayer funds and the rest comes from TAF and other sources. So if Landry wants to try to dictate how much TAF pays the future coach and/or how much of a buyout TAF and private donors commit to, he'd be overstepping his boundaries in a scary way.

It's purely a political play. Landry counts on 80% of the registered voting population not understanding that a small handful of big money people actually decide who gets selected to be HC. The AD and BoS are merely consignatories

The final decisions will be made by the President and the Board of Supervisors, all of whom will rubber stamp anything Landry tells them to.

That's nothing new, though, and it's pretty routine.
The problem in my eyes now is that the new coach will have no fricking clue who his boss will be if Woodward is getting sidelined and fired. The new president will need time to get a new AD hired. Do we have time for all that shite to take place and THEN start interviews?
This entire search just got turned upside down by the retarded governor yesterday. I hate that fricktard so much right now.
