If you want him hiring the next coach or even to not be fired as LSU’s AD, then you have completely lost the plot.

The Kelly hire was a great hire at the time. It didn't work.
The McMahon hire was a good hire at the time. It didn't work. I'm not getting into why Wade was fired because no one has that conversation with (a) knowledge of the situation; or (b) any semblance of rationality.
The Johnson hire was great. it worked
The Mulkey hire was great. it worked.
The Clark hire was great. It worked.
LSU built a new football facility, multiple additions to the football facility, and made/are making multiple additions to the baseball complex and are in the process of a new basketball stadium. Most of that doesn't happen without Woodward.
How do you think we had the money for that hire? It just appeared out of thin air? No, Woodward is as good as any AD in America at getting money. You know - the main job of an athletic director.
