I feel a kinship with ND fans after this weekend.

I was wrong, they were right. I thought it was a good hire considering the state of the program at the time. Turns out he possesses only a fraction of what I thought he would bring.

I remember when he left Notre Dame they were pissed that he spent 5 minutes with them to tell them. Then he turned around and did the same thing to our team.
frick this guy. He clearly builds no relationship with his teams and his only personality is that of ME, ME, and ME.
I hope LSU fights him tooth and nail to lower his buyout and I hope he spends more money than it's worth fighting it.

Their new coach lost to Marshall and NIU at home

I still enjoy seeing them lose but I understand where they were coming from now.

They sure were extremely butthurt when he left for some strange reason. You won’t see that here.

I don't feel a kinship at all.
They had some idiot school "steal" Kelly. We had to pay him to leave.

Also none of their complaints had to do with a serious lack of development or toughness.

There's a difference between resigning and being fired
I am surprised they let him anywhere near the players.

You do realize they were a doormat when he took them over and brought them back to national relevance including 2 playoff appearances and a NC game.ND fans are idiots. Now after 10 years I think a lot of coaches get complacent so that is not unusual and maybe it was time for a change regardless.
