Trust him with what? We win out and we're playing in a meaningless bowl. We lose out, and everyone is getting fired.

Promoted to OC in 22 and called plays. Was fired two years later.
Do I expect him to be any good? Not really. Will it be better than Sloan? Probably

I'd like to see some other players get some PT. The current crop isn't cutting it. At this point we have zero to lose.
We could lose the remaining games 100-0 and I'd still be happy that POS Kelly got canned.

Play calling is a lot easier if you have a dual threat or even just mobile QB.
