Is Frank allowed to fire, demote, or reassign Sloan and/or Davis? We really haven’t fixed anything if we just chop off the head of the snake and leave all the parts that are causing problems behind.

He needs a complete staff.

The firing of Kelly wasn't to necessarily save this season.
