It was a lawful appropriation by congress. Most likely would’ve happened if McCain had won anyway. A lot of it was security & tech related, which we’ll never really know specifics about obviously. Pretending the ballroom is the same is ridiculous.
Also if you think those “donations” don’t come w favors/kickbacks/etc you’re probably a 12yo.
