When people show you who they are, believe ‘em.

I sat 56 rows up in sun baked Q Section of First Bank stadium Saturday that was filled solid with Purple and Gold from our side’s goal line through to the 20 where I sat looking to the right at a sea of purple and gold. Four-fifths of that stadium was solid LSU but you and the team you fielded let us down and didn’t earn your contract millions and them any of their NIL money. For shame.

Worser shame is that chances of me enjoying another national championship (except for baseball) are about as likely as you winning our next two games. Yet Forever LSU

What was it like to be in a classic college atmosphere? No piped in music, bands playing all game, how was that? Sounded great on TV.

I’ve been to almost every away game stadium…

That was by far the fricking worst. The stadium announcer had the microphone pressed against his mouth screaming and the amount of piped in rap music every single play was aggravating. As soon as the music cut off it was damn near silent

And it’s been said before but yall think tiger stadium concession and bathrooms are bad……. We have paradise compared to that cluster frick they had going on up there

I can tell some of you have never been to away stadiums. This is not what happened Saturday or at really any SEC stadium anymore.

It was a hoot for me and my lady friend. We sat absolutely in the closest seats possible to the student’s two sections that made up that end of the stadium. God bless them they never sat down howling and jumping up and down, waved their white handkerchiefs and occasionally throwing one over to us. It was a great time enjoying just football as it almost seemed like I was back in a perfect college game day experience.

That’s why I asked, you couldn’t hear the piped in music on TV. Btw I’ve been to 4 away stadiums, dunno why that matters.

Is that what it means? You seem to be incorrect

Assuming you meant exactly what you said….

That’s 100% inaccurate of what it was like at Vandy

I said I couldn’t hear it. How does that mean it couldn’t possibly be there? The guy told me they had it, I didn’t hear it, I also didn’t argue with him. Why are you so angry about this? Weird

I was there, music was insanely loud and the PA guy was screaming. Went to refill my Coke at halftime and the sea of people was crazy. Stadium folks were nice but the experience needs major improvement.

It was non stop piped in music. Stadium logistics were a disaster too.

I’m glad you and your lady friend had a good time, sir. Ultimately, win or lose, that’s what it’s supposed to be about.

Hey 1947, I was at the game Saturday with my 87 year old Dad. Your lady friend was the one who helped me get my Dad to his seat. This was very much appreciated, please tell her I said so again. My Dad really wanted to talk with you about the YA Tittle days, Tittle is his favorite Tiger. Glad you had a great time, except for the score.

Iam with you on this statement. My health is declining pretty fast and this was probably the last chance for another natty. But that's ok. At least I got to witness 2019.
