I get not liking what Sloan is doing. That's a legitimate complaint.

But, you are ignoring reality if you don't acknowledge that calling plays for this offense is a very tough job given its limitations. There's a potential for a negative play (which is death for this team) whether you are running it or throwing it. They are running these screens so much because they know if they get into 2nd and 14, the drive is probably over.

Playcalling can't solve the problems we have.

They don't have time between plays to do a lot of vetoing.
