Great coach but I would leave towards him not ever leaving. Vandy can pay him and he is an alumni that played there. He is at his dream job.

Can't see him leaving Vandy. They are paying him well, he's an alum, lower expectations (although more challenges with their academic requirements) and Nashville is so much nicer than BR.

ND was not his dream job. He viewed it as a stepping stone to the NFL because as everyone is aware, Kelly is only concerned with Kelly. When the NFL took a hard pass he eventually wore out his welcome at ND and took the bailout option to LSU where he figured he could coast.
