Extremely niche but addictive college basketball game. Very simple to learn. Each season is 24 games. The leagues vary for time commitment: a season could be months long in one league and two weeks long for another.
If you like college basketball, sports sims, or both, I suggest giving this a try!

Looks good. I’ll give it a try.
For DTL it’s a completely free game and easy to get into for anyone else looking.

join hoops dynasty league with me... I havent done it since college but it looks the exact same

You’ll probably want to get better guys or maybe you played a really good team

Man, I haven't heard the term MUD in years. I remember the quarantine mud I played 25 years ago.

Growing up in the sticks that was the only kind of online game that my connection could support in the late 90s and early 200s. I was big into playing muds based on the godwars codebase.

I grew up playing sports text sims. Front Office Football, Front Office Football: The College Years, OOTP, Football Manager (which has graphics now), Fast Break College Basketball...I could go on for a while. Those were mostly single-player experiences, though.
There was an online college basketball simulation game that I played many many years ago. I remember it was kinda cool, but I had a top recruit that was from my team's city, and I lost him to another school and lost interest

The only 2 I play these days are Football Manager (been playing since CM 01/02) and Football Coach: College Dynasty.
