I expect Kelly's 1st call will be to Denbrock to try & repair that relationship to get him

Doubt it will work since Denbrock is now paid a shitload of money and from what I can gather just wasn't happy being in BR, wanted to be up North and closer to family.
But I expect Kelly is going to make that call first to see if he can get him back.

I don't think Denbrock is that great. We couldn't run the ball with him either (other than JD5). JD5 was just awesome and made him look good.

Brian Kelly should not get the opportunity to make any assistant hires. It should 100% be dictated to him who will be hired b/c he's lost that privilege.
That should be one of LSU's ways of making him uncomfortable and willing to negotiate his buyout.
