These dinosaurs aren’t working…Belichick, Kelly, Pete Carroll with the Raiders. Coaching is a young man’s game. You need to adapt to survive. I’m afraid that Woody’s type is to go for someone who is already “established.”

Saban is much older than BK and he just recently retired and was at the top of his game. He retired only because he did not like the direction college football was heading.
