This was a dish from the 50-60's, in the rest of the country it's a molasses filling in a pie crust, a dessert. It was a dish involving mashed potatoes, cheese and tomato soup or sauce. Does anyone else remember this dish?

I've had Shoo Fly Pie from Lancaster PA and from other Amish in MD. It was more like a Chess pie or a molassas pie. No potatoes that I could tell, and no tomatoes.
