You hired your guys. You have to sleep in this shite bed.

You want out, you negotiate a settlement.

You made these shite hires. You have continuously botched all of these situations that have led to this program on the decline with no enthusiasm.

He’s been a good recruiting HC which only makes me believe how much of shite Head Coach he is at managing a program and developing talent.

I’d even limit his NIL fund and save for the future. Tired of wasting monies.

4 years of this would set the program so far behind, just rip the bandaid off and get him tf outta here

Yea you can’t really not give him NIL money all that he has put together since O destroyed the program, would have been for nothing. Best to bite the bullet now and try and negotiate a buyout and be done with it.

The cheaper path without falling off a cliff is telling Kelly his entire offensive staff is fired and that Austin Thomas will lead the hiring process (in which Kelly will not be involved) to replace them.

Essentially, you can be a lazy CEO head coach but you're no longer allowed to make lazy hires. Or you can quit/retire. Your choice, Brian.

Let him die a death. Start preparing for a move 1 year from now. Waste no monies now.

All money spent on talent can leave the door just as quickly as they were paid to walk in dooor.

The smart people with the money (that excludes you on two counts) are fully committed to funding the roster. Paying for HS signees, raises for existing players we want to keep, at least 15 portal signings.

You feelings are hurt I get it, but the brand is bigger than feelings.

Yeah, sure, let's send a message to all potential future hires that when the going gets tough, we will just abandon you and torpedo your ability to be effective as a coach.

I have been saying that for a few months now. UK did that to get rid of Calipari and his lifetime contract. Didnt take a month for him to bolt for another job and left no buyout in his wake.

One more year of this and hire a young/forward thinking talent. It’s gamble but the old days of aged leadership are over

They are fully committed to attention whoring. They are not in charge of our program.

Employees should always have in the back of their mind that they are replaceable. If they cant hamdle it, may not be the guy.
