Fight in stands last season - off duty state trooper

With all of the crazy stuff on campus this year, this incident I witnessed randomly crossed my mind.
I would love to know if this dude is still a cop and if he only got a slap on the wrist.

That’s him all right. That looks like the guy I saw punch a dad in the face in front of his whole family at the game.
Stood up in the middle of the game (was in the 3Q I believe) and told the guy behind him with his family, “I will slap the f*ck outta you”
Tried to get the guy to come down to the portal to fight him. Dad wasn’t budging with his family in the seats. That guy, the aggressor, went back up to the seats, a few rows up, and hit him with a straight right hand in front of his whole family because he wouldn’t go fight him in the portal.
Would love to know if he’s still a cop

They absolutely have a track record of protecting their own.
Sad part was I have no idea what they were arguing about or what was said. It was a few rows below me. I just know that guy’s kids saw him get punched in the face when he was calmly sitting in his seat next to his whole family. That weighs on kids. They see Dad as the protector of them and the family. And to see him cold cocked and bleeding has to be traumatizing.
Hell, my little guy who witnessed it still doesn’t like to go the games with our family if I’m not there sitting right by him since that happened.

and when shite like that happens i would not have been shocked if that guy stabbed his arse in self defense since he did not wanna fight. that is how shite spirals out of control.

Like I said. I have no idea what was said leading up to it. I just know there are more humane ways to handle someone saying something that made you mad.
Maybe follow the law and grab an on duty officer or Marshall and have them removed?
