My QB situation sucks:

Bryce Young or Justin Fields

They are playing each other @ NYJ.
Garrett Wilson most likely out.

6 PPTD.

I'd go with Fields on this one. Much higher upside and about the same floor

New York Jets starter Justin Fields has scored more than 25 points in three of his five starts. That is so impressive. Has your fantasy starter achieved this? Probably not, since only Mahomes can match this number. Josh Allen, Mayfield and Jalen Hurts, currently second, third and fourth in QB points, have combined for three 25-point outings. OK, so Fields was awful in Week 7. We all admit that. He threw for only 45 yards. Ignore it. It is one week. The Jets don't have a Tyler Shough or Shedeur Sanders lurking, or Kirk Cousins or Kenny Pickett. It's Tyrod Taylor. Fields is an exceptional runner. He might not score 25 points this week, but he's not losing his job, and he really shouldn't lead the most-dropped list for QBs since he really is (most of the time) more than serviceable for fantasy ... and in Week 8 he faces the Bengals.

And fewer than 5 in his other 2 starts.

The defenses he scored 25+ against? 26th, 31st, and 32nd against QBs.
The 2 he scored 5- against? 9th and 2nd against QBs
Where does this week's opponent fall? 14th

What does this tell us? No, really what does it tell us? I don't know.

You know I have to stir the pot a little.

I have no idea what it means either. I just know I like when he drops 25+. I am starting him this week.

Fields loses you games. You cant win a fantasy matchup with a goose egg from the QB. I'd much rather a QB that averages a 17pts a game but is consistent over Fields who averages 22 but gives you nothing occasionally.
