How big a draw is WBB, game at Ga Southern a hard sell out day after public sale

Holy cow, I went on today- first day public tickets for sale for WBB at GS (Flajue game, she is from nearby Savanah) and it is sold out! Called their ticket office to confirm. Good for LSU WBB, what a brand. BTW their arena holds 5,500...

It’s LSU and Kim Mulkey, but more than that, it’s Flau’je. She is a big draw, especially close to her home like that. She is going to bring good things to LSU for years to come, I think. I can’t see her getting caught up on the drama that most of the WNBA stars have with each other. She seems to have her head on right and a mom who keeps her feet firmly planted on the ground.

Yeah, this is all Flau. A portion of that crowd will be there just to see Flau, the hometown hero rapper, more so than Flau, the hometown hero basketball player.

Yea, similar to the sellout game in Baltimore a couple of seasons ago for Angel Reese, I'm not surprised that this game is also a sellout. Flau'je is very popular back in her home.
