High school recruits won’t help.

Transfers is the only way to go to fix the oline

Davis needs to sit. I do not know why he's allowed to continue to be the worst OL and get Nuss killed when Curne looked better there than him all season.

New coaching Staff that teaches scheme, technique and mental toughness! Not just a recruiter who doesn’t know how to develop/coach players!

We have actually seen Curne play and he is much better than Davis.

They need to come in with enough technique and development that they don’t regress when introduced to our OL coach’s philosophy

Echols made some really good blocks in the run game. I think he grows into an above average sec guard. Curne needs to start getting the reps at RT.

Why? So Davis can not develop them as well?

I would rather have good than mean. It's not the same thing.

Davis hasn’t developed anybody, eleven with 4 pro’s their stats/OL play looked worse last year. No improvement this year for the guys who are 2-3yrs in. He can recruit and that’s about it! BK & Atkins aren’t showing much for helping developing the OL either. Disappointing just to have a bunch of big soft guys who are getting manhandled most plays!

if you’ve followed this board the last few years that’s what was said about all our oline commits in that timeframe regardless of ranking

We used to complain that Miles basically only recruited guards and huge kids that never got in shape. How we're recruiting incredible big athletes that are not mean. I think the mentality is how you practice......we're lacking for sure.
