I'd start Williams, Judkins, and Henry every week and be happy as a lark.

If you are not starting Judkins and J. Williams, who are your other starting RB's? Those guys have been nails and should be in all starting linueps unless you have legit top 5 overall options. You could argue the same for Swift.

I wouldn't have any issues sitting Henry until Lamar is back. Don't let a big name / high draft pick cloud your decisions. Let the data guide you...

My issue is, the rams (Henry) have been stingy against the run this year and have yet to give up a rushing TD.

The commanders on the other hand (Swift) have been a little worse against the run and have given up 3 rushing touchdowns.

It's so frustrating because anyone can see Henry would pile up the yards if the Ravens stuck with him. But instead they are throwing early and doing a poor job of it; so they immediately get behind and then throw more to try and catch up, with Henry limited. If I had a choice I'd bench him until the Ravens stop sucking.

He's also gone up against some really solid run defenses combined with having Lamar out. I haven't watched super closely, but I'd imagine opponents are stacking the box against him.

I think another problem is their defense has been so bad they are often trailing and playing catch up. Kind of how Hill was having success as a receiving back, but now with Rush their entire offense is awful.
