I keep seeing this be said, but I think y’all are missing a piece. To me, BK’s offense is heavily reliant on elite offensive line play dominating a DL. One way to disguise a terrible OL happens to be having an elite mobile QB like Jayden, but if we were getting good to elite OL play, Nuss would fit into this offense like a glove. I’d be interested to see how MVB can fair with what our OL is giving. Maybe it gets the run game grooving.

More accurately, a mobile qb can hide some of the weaknesses of Kelly’s offense.

Play a weak arse schedule and beat up on a bunch of service academies and mediocre big10/acc schools and then have nothing to show for it when it’s time for nut cuttin?

Not really. LSU just needs to teach players how to block and catch. We do both very poorly.

I just don't know why we don't run a more pro style offense. Nuss in the gun 24/7 with zero threat to run is stupid. Put him under center and implement some play action. let the rb get a head of steam going towards the line.
