Waits until the other side can't contact any of the kids involved or do anything then puts a smack-down threat out with only 1 day to go.

Am I missing something here?

It did take a little shine off of the "all class, all the way" image that the Randles had been projecting.

You lose when you resort to calling names instead of engaging the point.

But I'll give you another chance....

Sad fact that in today's society this is all that matters.

I have NO idea what went down (fully). However, I've seen nothing to indicate that Benton, himself or his family, is upset by this.

Why are "we" filled with righteous indignation on behalf of someone who appears to be content with his choices?

I'd take Randle now over what Benton was doing a few years ago. It's funny that everyone starts talking shite now that we have Randle's papers faxed in.

Randle better be the next coming of Julio, cause it sure sounds like he is scared of competition (pussification). Based purely on how it appears things went down, this is not the type of competitive spirit Miles seems to be after. I understand Miles' predicament and I agree with the decsiion he had to make (Benton has grade issues, plus he is eligible for NFL after this year, so it's possible he plays 0 or 1 year only). It just sucks he had to make this decision.

Yeah. The part where you have no idea what it is like to have a kid in that situation.

You are right, I don't have a kid who is the #1 player in the country.

Actually, I'm not being an a-hole - this stuff happens all the time in life.

Major props to Randle for walking through all this mess.

Randles dad won't be the first parent to put their kid into a funky situation.

Agreed. His Dad got way too involved (publically) in this deal.
