What is it that BK actually does?

He’s not play calling or even seem to be involved with the game planning/adjustments for either side of the ball. He doesn’t have to go out and recruit anymore bc of NIL. He’s not a great motivator (everyone has to cringe hearing his locker room speeches). And we have zero identity as a football team.
Are we just paying him 10 mil a year to put on a suit, talk proper at a press conference and throw assistants/players under the bus when things don’t go right?

yep, he is a complementary coach. IF we are not, then the coaches have to do better. I would be he can't even spell complementary correctly. He would spell it complimentary. I am beginning to dislike him more than I disliked Miles. At least didn't try to act smart. He knew he was stupid.
