What would have been cool for Biden if you put one of those 3d paintings that look like static. When you look at one angle you can see Biden clear as day, but when you look at another angle you see President Auto Pen.

Or you use a special coating over a painting of Biden to where instead of seeing Biden when you take a photo of it, it shows the pen instead.

It’s not. But his official portrait does purposefully look like his mugshot. He does have his mugshot hanging just outside of the oval though
