Oxidation removal on boat

I have a 22 ft Blue Wave Pure Bay that has a little bit of oxidation happening on the blue parts of the fiberglass.
I was curious if anyone knew a good company that does boat detailing that will remove the oxidation…
I’ve called Davinci and got a 3k estimate, so still looking.
Anyone know of a good company that does this?

I had my older Kenner fully detailed recently. He did ceramic coating to the outside and inside walls/console. It looked brand new, but it was right at 3k.

Go see Matt at VIP Surface Concepts. He's well known for his boat polishing.

or buy a $50 Harbor Freight polisher, a wool buffing pad, a $30 bottle of 3M heavy rubbing compound, and spend a whole day doing it yourself.

I haven’t done my whole boat yet, but it’s 6-8 hours of work if not more depending on the condition. The marine guys tend to charge very high, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s $1500 or more.

If you DIY
3M has products where it’s a step by step process and the products are labeled in order of application.
Shurhold makes a random orbital buffer/polisher that will do it all
Plenty of youtube videos and TheHullTruth threads
Somewhat of a tedious process but not all that difficult with the good products and orbital buffer/polisher.
Hull cleaner -> cutting compound(s) -> wax -> sealer

I have spent >100 hours on my HF orbital polisher and it’s still going. 3M is the way to go but I doubt you will be one and done.

3k isn’t bad if it’s a full inside and out oxidation removal and coating.
Blue waves have soft gel and can oxidize easily. I used to do many when i detailed.
Most of the time a heavy cut or wet sanding needs to be done to remove it fully. If boats are done then not properly cared for it will come back, i always told customers that.
I recommended Cody with southern charm or Matt at vip for sure for boats

Davinci is worth the money
Half of that 3k is removal and surface prep. The other half is the application of the Feyn lab coating to close the pores.
It sounds like a lot of money but my 10 year old blackjack looked like it was brand new when I left there
