SEC 3 permanent opponents - I thought this was already done when OU/Texas joined SEC

The fact the SEC Admin Office gave LSU neither one of their biggest rivals which we know is Bama & Florida is pathetic! As soon as Bama is on the decline, now they don’t want them to have to play LSU?? That is a huge game that gets a lot of viewership / money! Typical DA Alabama ran SEC Office!

I didn’t know that but either way they should keep the biggest rivals! LSU & Bama is one of the biggest matchups in the SEC!

It's easy to spot the people who are only old enough to remember when it was LSU vs Saban's Bama.
It became such a big game because the west was typically won through those teams. LSU vs OM/aTm/Arkansas is as much or more of a rivalry as anybody else. Guarantee you Bama fans feel Auburn and Tennessee is a bigger rivalry for them than LSU.

It's annual opponents for the next 4 years, not permanent. And it was not done when OU/Texas joined the SEC.

It’s why I’ve said for years, the SEC offices need to dissolve employment and relocate to Nashville. Let’s see how fair the office decisions (yes, even officiating and tv replay) when the place is run by a bunch of Vandy grads.

Lmao nah you’re wrong! I was in college at LSU when Saban was our HC! Most LSU fans I know older & younger than me do not consider Arkansas, Ole Miss or Texas A&M bigger rivals than Bama or Florida!

There was zero chance of getting Bama when they had 100% to get Aubbie and Tenner.

Ole Miss is a bigger rival than Florida. The office wasn’t going to have Bama play LSU, Auburn and Tennessee every year.
Now that Bama is off the schedule, move Ole Miss back to Halloween weekend.

I disagree….Florida is a bigger rival. Ole Miss was a bigger rival 75 years ago.
