Do we stick with him the whole year and try to reach 0-17?
In my opinion, we might as well leave him in there while the team is awful so he can take the lumps instead of Shough. Next year, if the offensive line is better, we can let Shough try to prove himself.

No. At some point you have to see if Shough has potential. Otherwise we drafting a shite QB next year too.

No, too many are crying about playing him. I want to see it just to be entertained. It's not going to be pretty with Shough always in 1st & 15 or 20, 2nd & 20 or 3rd & 15 because the offensive line is always holding or flinching.

The only thing we will see is Shough take a beating & play bad football. The pieces around him won't allow for a fair assessment to take place. It's gonna be Sam Darnold/Zach Wilson with Jets type bad. Not to mention that Moore seems like a clueless pussy now who doesn't know to prepare & have his team disciplined.

frick that. Rattler is 0-9. We not holding Shough to a higher standard. He needs to get in the game by week 8 at least and show he can either play or he can't. Joe Montana lost 13 games his rookie season but at least flashed his accuracy. If Shough looks like a deer in headlights, and shits himself every time a defender is near him, we know we need a QB next year.
Truth is, the OLINE is in shambles. Nothing has changed since last year. We had 2 new players on the line today. There is no consistency at all.
The defense and ST gave up 30+ in the first half. A young QB isn't going to play good football like that. Rattler is missing some throws he needs to make but when you have a vet WR getting a false start, there's much bigger issues than QB going on.
The coaching is conservative and the defense sucks.
It starts at the top. We need a new GM before a QB change.
