Bama has 24 commits already, they sign Dre and KK that puts them at 26. How do they have room for TR and KB? They signed 33 last year

There are two hats under the bama hat. I think he's gonna pull the double switch. Pick up the bama hat, reach for the hat below it, then pick it up. Then after the second hat is taken, there will be another bama hat underneath it. See Diagram Below
