Positives: Provides money to a smaller in state school. Gives younger guys a chance to play in the second half. Cheaper tickets for families who might otherwise not get to go.

Negatives: Talent discrepancy is too big. La Tech, Troy..at least you get some semblance of a game. Basically a glorified scrimmage. Risk of injury. Can you imagine if Nuss or Anderson was injured. Or Moore aggravated his injury.

Cant stand them.

The last two weeks of college football have been 90% rentawins an it waters down the sport.

Even LSU fans will be gone by halftime in this game.

If we have to play cupcakes, it’s only right to keep the money in state. Many LSU fans are graduates of Southeastern, Nichols, McNeese, etc.

Silver lining, we’ll have one less game like this starting next year.

Kelly should not play Nussmeier. I think the Tigers can win this one w/o him.

If LSU wins by at least 5 TDs, plays a lot of backups in the 2nd half and no one is hurt, it will be a good game.

That the one next week will possibly be some outdoor football watching weather, and I won't be offshore. Oh, and I need to make sure the TV in my room works before gametime.

Hopefully we are up by 40 at halftime and it’ll give the 3/4th string guys a chance to play in tiger stadium

Same. If there is a competitive game on when LSU is playing today, I'll watch the competitive game.

These games are absolutely worthless and shouldnt be scheduled.

I think they tell us nothing good about the team.

We blow them out, so what we’re supposed to.

We don’t blow them out, the questions about the offense are amplified.

And worst case, an important starter gets injured.
