I think a lot of them are maybe marking their business closed so people can’t flood with negative reviews. Does closed mean you can’t drop a review? If so, that’s what they are doing.

You are correct. Click the yelp link in OP, click add review, and look at the warning: no more reviews because they’re getting too many negative reviews due to the “news”.

They had a regular restaurant outside the stadium they closed previously, don't think the one in the stadium closed
