Ik he missed last week and was listed as “questionable” but any possibility he plays this weekend? Or do you give him more rest and bring him back for ole piss?

I don’t think there’s any chance that he’s back for this game. I would rest him until after the bye.

From what I can tell the earliest he would be back would be next week but it is more likely that it will be after the Bye.

Absolutely 0 reason to play him this week. If he's feeling good maybe entertain next week, but if he's not 100% wait until after the bye.

Agree.

And play Nuss in the first half and sit him if the game is secured. Honestly, sit Perk, Whit, and other critical pieces as well in the 2nd half. We need to be healthy going into Oxford.

If they practiced, prepared and are cleared to play, maybe have Moore and West go out for the first quarter. Game rhythm is what it is. You want to have the body prepared to go and then engage just to see where you're at with live snaps.

There is risk in anything. On the other hand, Moore and West are veterans and getting those reps in aren't as important as they would be for a new starter.

I think it is safe to sit Green, regardless.

If it's not, something is very wrong.

Correct. And our backups should extend the lead.

How many years were you on a D1 athletic training staff?

Just curious because I have some questions about some lingering football/MMA injuries from a long time ago

Rest Green.

Moore played all last week. The line still needs to gel. Let him go in with the starters and then leave with them - hopefully by the end of the first half.

West should get a couple of series just to make sure he doesn't have any lingering issue and that he can play at game speed with no problem. Then shut him down. Maybe put him in late in the 4th when they can play all 3 Weeks brothers at 1 time.

7-3 at the end of the first quarter
14-10 at half time

I haven't been able to catch some of the updates this week but did BK say what the problem was for West?

Calf strain that he said would not be long term. They had him in a walking boot for a couple of days as a precaution.
