If tweet fails to load, click here. As a Fox color analyst, he gets access to every team he calls games for during the week, and that includes inside information on gameplans.
Here he is as an owner of the Raiders, in the Coach's Booth with a headset on. Its also now been revealed on last night's broadcast he has 2-3 meetings a week with Chip Kelly to go over offensive gameplan and is involved in it. Pete Carroll now is saying that isn't accurate.
This is clearly a conflict of interest. What team would allow Brady access if the Raiders are on their schedule?

Among the rules that the league confirmed are the following:
Not permitted to be in another team's facility
Not permitted to witness practice
Not permitted to attend broadcast production meetings, either in person or virtually
Prohibited from publicly criticizing game officials and other teams
Subject to the league's gambling policy
Subject to the league's anti-tampering policies, limiting him to "strictly social communication with members of other clubs"

Multiple high level guys reported it. Pete genuinly may not know those calls are taking place, and they may be as simple as a text with a coverege question, which was indicated in the broadcast last night, but reagrdless, Brady is still talking to the OC and DC all the time.

lol
Its also been revealed that he also does in depth remote interviews with coaches and players all week from both teams he is calling and among other inside access. Who would allow him even that? The whole situation is ridiculous

I thought when he signed that contract he didn't actually have to do any work. He was kind of calling games but didn't go to those meetings because it would give him inside information.
It was always a conflict of interest and the NFL never should have allowed it to begin with. Are people actually tuning into an NFL game for the announcers? I feel like I could be commentating and the ratings wouldn't suffer

Really want this guy to fade away, go home and kiss his son on the mouth more than see him on all these commercials, and being a mediocre commentator.

Yeah between this and the Eagles offside sneak play, not a good weekend for the NFL.
Ole Roger needs to tell him to either be an owner or a commentator, you can’t be both.

The NFL and it's partners are dick deep in gambling ad revenue, and this is the conflict of interest you are concerned about?
I am sure that Collinsworth, Aikman, and other ex-players receive absolutely no income from their previous employers and/or past accomplishments vis a vis their old teams.

Whitlock today said he thinks Brady wants to be a HC and will be the HC of the Raiders after Pete Carroll.
That's why he's in the booth and around the coaches so much.
Take that for what you will.

Florio has a raging boner for Brady anything he posts is hot garbage.

These players and coaches need to remember they don't have to answer any of his questions that go into specifics.

I seriously seriously doubt Brady wants to live the life of an NFL HC.

Yeah, I realize not everything can be boiled down to dollars and cents but the dude is making 35 million plus for the most chill commentator job in NFL history.
I can't see him taking an eighty percent pay cut for a steady diet of 100 hour weeks.
