You couldn’t find one of the 100+ threads on this to comment instead of starting your own thread?

Maybe you are just as spoiled as BK said. Hell, the reaction from many of you proves his point.

Hey he’s got multiple Midwest Intercollegiate Football Conference and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships! Put some respect on his name!

BK is a well spoken Les Miles without the title and that might be an insult to Les

I do not think the media knows more about football than the head coach

BK will never be a Les Miles.

That is the cold hard position we are in right now. Miles’s players would run through a brick wall for him, at least.

Why are these dudes held on a pedestal like their that much smarter than the next human being that’s involved in football just as much as them only because they don’t have HC by their name

Nah. Sorry you felt so self-important that you needed to start your own thread on a topic that has been discussed ad nauseam. BK was right about you.

Maybe he like so many these days is tired of negativity for the sake of negativity. We won the game. Sure, there are things that need to be fixed but why lead off with the negatively slanted question instead of taking at least one second to celebrate the win over a hated rival.

It's OK to talk about the things to fix on offense but we don't have to be miserable about it, and act like we lost the game. Its not like BK doesn't see the problems too.

It’s not a pedestal, it’s common sense. Michael Cauble isn’t “involved in football”, he shoots film and does 10 minutes on the nightly news. Then he does the same thing for basketball, baseball, etc.

The media can have opinions, even well educated opinions, but they aren’t coaches.

Fair point, maybe he should say something similar to that besides calling them spoiled

You are an idiot if you think anyone in the media or any fans are involved in football as much as our head coach.

You may not agree with BK or even like him but don’t pretend there any non coaches/players as immersed in LSU football as he is.

Yep. Brian Kelly’s mask dropped last night and he is way in over his head at this point in year FOUR of his LSU tenure.

Probably a severe case of imposter syndrome showing at that press conference last night.

Embarrassing to the university and the team.

I see your point, you’re talking about cauble specifically

Specifically, who do you think spends as much time involved with LSU football as our coaching staff?

What logic.

So, those media guys who have never spent a second in the arena know more than BK who does?

I will trust him until he does stupid Les Miles stuff, which he is no where near doing.

They're just journalists, not real people.
