Cool? Can I please get a 20% correction? Interest rates aren't the issue, it is the inflated asset prices.
Rates are actually at to slightly below the historical average for 30yr.

Define cool? Are there not more job openings, than unemployed currently? The cool level is probably only going to be related to specific occupations and/or regions. Some parts of IT are booming, while others are being reduced by AI. Engineering is doing well in some disciplines, while others not so much. Easy government jobs are on the decline.
