I think Sloan lets him air it out more and opens up the playbook this weekend.

I'm still of the belief that Nussmeier is the best QB in the country.

Let him cook, Coach.

Something seemed wrong with him last week, it was evident

Playbook will be similar to Clemson game. There will be more creativity and getting our playmakers in space and taking more deep shots.

We need more productivity out of the running game. Nuss will have to keep a few this week. The goal is for him to run for around 20 yards.

I think everyone will be pleased with our offensive scheme.

Said it multiple times on here but he and the team were limited in terms of creativity. The gameplan was to execute our basics and impose our will. There was no need to show anything more against a shitty LA Tech team.

We struggled to execute at a high level but this weeks offense will be more explosive for sure. Its going to be a fun game, i would expect us to score upper 20s / low 30s

The OL will win or lose this game. They need to step it up and learn how to block.

I'm feeling this way too. He was about a click slow last week on his decision making. I think he's actually better against a defense that's a little more aggressive. LA Tech was trying to keep everything short - Sloan's innovative screen game from week 1 would have been perfect, not sure why that wasn't used heavily.

I have wondered if he is still dealing with Patellar tendinitis, and it is affecting his throwing motion.

Seemed like he may have been sick.

The one thing I liked about Steve Spurrier was he played his whole Offense all the time. All this don’t show to much to lesser opponents is BS.have confidence in your team and dare the other team to stop you.Just excecute!!

Just because somebody plays like shite doesn't mean there's a bigger issue being hidden.

It just happens sometimes.

He definitely needs a breakout game. Mateer has taken the lead for QBs.

He might be a Brett Favre type that functions best when you just turn him loose. Will make more than his share of interceptions but will also make plays that are almost superhuman

I predict a long TD to Hilton (& he won’t jump to catch it).

Agree. It seemed as the game went on that the under thrown deep ball that got intercepted was like a test.

We didn’t see anymore afterwards.

You can't have a bus w/o wheels. Garrett has no wheels.

Receiver was open by 7 yards and Nuss flicked it out there 10 yards short. He did it to himself. Lesson learned I’m sure.
