What's the salary floor for someone who meets the minimum requirements for this job?

This would be an entirely new field for me but i'd be willing to give it a go if it's all on the job training.

If you have a PE license with 15 plus years of experience in power engineering and you aren’t employed right now there’s something wrong with you. I get 5-10 messages per week on LinkedIn from all over the country and that’s been going on for 2 years now. The demand is sky high and the labor pool is almost non existent. Salaries continue to sky rocket with no real end in sight.

Something tells me, the pay isn’t that special and anyone, according to the requirements, that has 10+ yeas of experience isn’t gonna change companies for what they are offering
