Did this just completely go downhill?
I only subbed cause they gave me a year for like 20 bucks.
I don't see a single recap about the Georgia game from last weekend. Granted we played Marshall but some kind of team specific article would be nice.
Was wanting to read some Falcons preview and on their page are 90% league wide power rankings of teams or QBs.
Fantasy football section is ok I guess. The Braves still seem to have decent write up's every game

I still have a subscription because when I went to cancel, they knocked like 85% off the price.
But I almost never read it anymore.

they lost a ton of beat writers for teams.
Saints are no longer covered for instance.

When I initially subscribed at the start, they had 3 writers covering the Saints and 1 covering LSU. It was great. When I left, they 0 for both teams. Even when they reduced it to $2 a month, I just got angry when I would check it out. So, I canceled and deleted the app from my phone.

They went away from everything that made it good and turned into the same crap as you can get on free sites.
It's still nice if your team has a beat writer but there's less and less of em.

This was me. But this last time around i let it go because i have a new bank card and didn’t feel like changing the info.
The insider content is still pretty good.
Once Phil Hay stopped covering Leeds the content got a little fluffy.

They got bought out by the New York Times who then turned around and fired their NYT sports department and began drastically reducing staff at The Athletic thereby ruining both their own sports page and The Athletic.
