LSU is only going to get better. 2nd half told the story.

I was super concerned in the first half, but the switch was flipped. Looking at the whole game, the defense is nasty, our OLine held up really well against one of the top DLines in CFB, our running game was better and Nuss and the WRs started to gell.
The defense is going to be sick.
I didn’t believe at the half. By the end of the game, I think we might have a championship-caliber team.

LSU has done great halftime adjustments in many games under BK.

There one TD drive they converted two 4th downs, and it could have been a goal line stand.

Haulcy came in and Clemson didn’t score again. Defense played great against a desperate team at home. They made some plays, but be D held the line. Great performance.

Play calling definitely took a step up from midway through the 2nd quarter to nearly the end of the 4th quarter.
Here is something to consider though. We had two offensive turnovers and an overturned touchdown that resulted in no points. That’s 3 possessions where we likely could have come away with at least 13pts. We get a few things cleaned up and keep our foot on the gas through 4Q, I’m not sure many teams will be able to hang with us.

Clemson scores on short field first half. We half 2 TOs 1st half & shouldve gone for FG before the half. I felt like we were right in the game half , just our on worst enemy in first half. 2nd half a TD called back which was BS. Nobody on field could keep up with Anderson or Brown. We looked like the better team with the better QB. Should be a good year as we continue to get better & better.
