How did the project go from 10 billion to 50 billion as the president stated yesterday?

As I understand it, the facility that is currently being constructed has the $10B price tag and future planned expansion would take the total to $50B. I could be off on that though.

Every major development works this way. They just throw out bigger numbers until they get the incentives they want and make sure said incentives aren’t actually tied to those bigger numbers.

There are three phases. $10MM current phase and expansion to $50MM.
