Anyone jumping on POE 2 .3 new league?

Starts on the 29th. New endgame acts and new marketplace seems exciting. Skipped last league but probably jump in this one since D4 is shitting the bed.
I have no idea what character to roll with, Maybe unarmed monk or blood mage?

Haven’t played it in a while so I’ll probably be checking this one out to see what’s new. Probably gonna roll a witch this time around.

My first char was a lightning ranger following fubgun. it was ok but i liked ronarray invoker monk was much better

i like how great the ranger plays on a controller honestly haha, i've done a few different char but still havent gotten into end game. a3 or whatever is so damn long i was like nahh

I skipped last league. I played from launch of early access on but skipped last league. It just got old doing the same loop to get to maps

Will definitely play it. I played a few weeks at launch last December and loved it, just was waiting for more acts.
I am a weird ARPG player in that I don't really like grinding endgame, I actually enjoy the campaign part more.

I am reinstalling it right now. I will play awhile tonight while watching the college games.
I don't post much on this board, but I play a lot of PoE 1. It's my main game. I like PoE 2, but it is not nearly as fun for me as 1. Still, I like some of the changes in this patch. I will probably roll a Witch Hunter to mess around with the 100 free weapon set skill points. That seems broken and I can't wait to try it out.

One thing I noticed they did was introduced tiered currencies which is good.
They want people to use their currency drops while leveling for crafting not for trading, but the previous system was such that saving your currency drops up for trading int he late game was a gazillion times more efficient so that's what people did.
This new system fixes this problem. The lower tier currency items are only useful for crafting in their respective tier and they drop more frequently.
