I had one for a little over 3 years, Absolutely loved it. Only reason I still don’t have it is because I found myself venturing further offshore than I should have on a single engine boat. If there was a way to put twins on it I’d still have it

I looked at them at some boat shows but ended up going another direction. I really liked the layout with the exception of the center console. I am fine with a small simple console or a big console with an access door. This one straddles between the 2 with an access door but it’s so tiny of an opening I don’t see how a grown man could get in there. It’s really tight. So to me it’s a waste.

I want to say a 60 but I can’t say for sure. I don’t see it needing a 72

Why are you trying to get into the console on a bayboat?
Mine was a beotch to move batteries and that’s why I only have one lithium now.

Would avoid them, have seen 2 that the stringers pulled loose from the hull.
Not a well built boat

I never went on it but have a fishing buddy who owned an Avenger 26 and in his words
“biggest POS I’ve ever owned”. Maybe a few lemons. Just throwing it out there for OP to do some increased dilligence prior to purchase.

Maintenance, repairs, battery, like you said. The point I was trying to make is either have a big console or a small one. This one straddles the line of both with the benefits of neither. For this boat, I would rather they make the console smaller and put a hatch on the front that opens so I can access the wiring.

I know a few guides that run them and they seem to like them. Been on one a few times and seemed like a really nice boat.
