There will be lots of streams up that you can watch it on. There are the sites that most people know about, but also on YouTube they usually have people streaming them there.
I use the YouTube ones to make gifs since YouTube TV won't let me screen record. There are usually around 10 or so streams if you search.
As far as an establishment to watch it out there, I have no clue.

I've only been to 5 European countries, but Italy was by far the best. The most beautiful. The architecture. The art. The food. The people. The landscapes. I would go back in a heartbeat. I can't imagine anyone saying the food in Florence is overrated. I had one of the best meals of my life in Florence (at Alle Murate),

Your best bet will be your phone or any device you bring. Those folks just don’t do football and don’t really have America. Channels either… I watched LSU BYU in 2017 on my balcony on the amalfi coast at 2 am on my laptop
