This pretty much sums up my opinion on the Cracker Barrel news.

Not my post, but I agree with it.
"You wanna know why I think people are upset? It’s like America’s out-of-touch distant cousin from up north came into town and remodeled grandmas house and threw away all of our favorite stuff, and they did it without even calling us. They just posted a picture online instead, with their pretentious “my way is better, what do you know?” attitude. Meanwhile, the rest of us have already decided that all future get togethers will be somewhere else, pretty much anywhere but the place of our betrayal. Thanks for ruining Americas official place to feel at home while away from home."

Liberals have learned nothing from the election or any of the other indicators that there has been a hard shift in our culture and values. They refuse to accept or are incapable of understanding that their ideals have been largely rejected by society.

You just don't get it. This is not about Cracker Barrel. It's what the DEI and Woke crowd are still trying to do to our country, businesses, and society. Cracker Barrel is just where it's happening again right now.

I kinda fail to see where the DEI part of this is. Looks more like Cracker Barrel looking at the aging Demographics and realizing the will not have their customer base in a few years.

Have to dig a little deeper than the MSM reports. Members of the CB Board are and have been heavily invested within the DEI policies. Rainbow colored rocking chairs on the front entrance, relaxed dress code standards for the employees, and the stated company policies to endorse the ideals of DEI. It's all there. Just have to look for it. I'm betting some folks here already have those links ready.
