We DO NOT get that comp pick if Ike Yiadom plays more than 25% of the Saints total defensive snaps this season. Yiadom would be considered a qualified free agent at that point and would cancel out losing Adebo.

Considering Yiadom sits atop our depth chart, we will not be getting a comp pick unless he gets hurt. For reference, Adebo and Lattimore played nearly 40% of our total def snaps last season and they only played 7 games each for us. Peyton Turner played 28%.

Loomis is an idiot. We lost a 3rd round comp pick when he signed Andy Dalton that year.

Imagine losing a prime pick to sign a backup qb. Another reason this team is going nowhere fast.

He did the same thing when he drafted Shough….. but now he wasted a 2nd rd pick instead of a 3rd.

But that’s not enough…..he just threw away a 4th on a oft-injured WR.

Why are saying Shuck was a wasted pick?

Because the Saints will win 3-4 games this year.

The Saints will have a Top 3 Pick next year in the 2026 Draft… they will pick their Franchise QB in a year of Good QBs.

The 2nd rd pick will have been wasted when they could have found another positional starter with pick #40.

Shough will be lucky to stick on the roster as a back up QB.

Shitty returns on a 2nd rd Draft Pick.

We lost Terron Armstead and signed Dalton costing us a 3rd round pick

And signed Marcus Maye to replace losing Narcus Williams costing us our other 3rd round comp pick.

Complete incompetence by Loomis….

You are wrong once again Loud Mouth !!

I’m old enough to have lived through the Archie Manning and Dave Wilson debacles….

That’s why I say these things… I’ve seen these things play out the same way… time and time again… over the DECADES with other teams.

Saints will grab their franchise QB in 2026 after having a Top 3 pick because roster is terrible.

Look at this team … they suck !!

Moore will get frustrated with Rattler and Shough after watching them for 17 games and fans will be SCREAMING for a New QB.

Lies.

If you were my age you’d be way more laid back and hopeful.

Or

You wouldn’t watch at all.

You’re spoiled by Brees and love to hate and bitch. It’s not worth it, young guy. Just enjoy the ups and downs.

You are Wrong Yet Again Loud Mouth !!!

You can’t accept what I’m telling you because you are BLIND and in DENIAL.

If you are indeed older… you’ve learned nothing over the years of watching football.
Which makes you a moron !!

If you are younger… I can explain your moronic thought because you are Naive.

Pick your poison.

I remember the Archie Manning and Dave Wilson days.
When the Saints were one of the 2-3 worst team in the league for Decades !!
When playing the Falcons was our SuperBowl quarterbacked by Steve Bartkowski and others… because neither of the teams could garner any success.

When the Saints were so fricking clueless… John Mecam hired a former astronaut to be the GM.

When Buddy Diliberto (RIP) was thrown off and banned from the team plane by owner Mecam because he kept ripping him in his daily columns (and well deserved criticism given in his columns)

When Howard Cosell said he would never again let Saints on Monday Night Football again cause we were a joke !!

The Drew Brees era was nice because people finally received winning after waiting over 30 years just to get a winning season

A damn winning season !!

Yep… you learn a few things after living through those times and seeing how all the teams operate.

If you are older….
You never learned A Damn Thing !!

Nah bruh. I just don’t take it that serious anymore. Especially after the no call.

I was at the game in Miami for 44. My pinnacle.

So not being optimistic these days is a waste of energy. I spent a lot of years pulling my hair out and always expecting the worst.

I watch. I cheer and bitch. I move on win or lose.

I added one sentence before I even knew you responded…

I added that you were “ Wrong yet again Loud Mouth”… that’s all I added.

You admit yourself in your Post… that you are a Beaten Fan .

Sorry to see it…. I’ve never lost the fire despite everything.

These dumb shite kids on this forum think they know everything but they are just dumb kids and don’t know their Azz from a hole in the ground !!!

Yeah … the Nola No Call.

It was the biggest travesty in sports because it cost the Saints another Super Bowl appearance that would have been among the greatest matchups in Super Bowl History:

Drew Brees versus Tom Brady !!!

Oh yeah… u state I somehow googled all that information.
First, no one could google all that information in a short period.
Second, that’s the most cynical claim I’ve ever seen in my 60 years.
Third, it’s taken from my memories of watching the most worthless organization in sports in those days.

I took a class in Loyola in psychology eons ago… and part of the course was the Psychology of the Saints and their constant losing mentality.

Who could make up that kind of staff !!!!

Lemme guess. Thursday- Monday you are glued to the TV every night? You gamble and your phone never has a chance to breath darkness?

I bet your wife loves football season.

I don’t gamble.

When you are too close to sports .. you can bet with your heart and not your brain.

A formula to lose lots of paychecks.

I’m tempted many times for LSU games but I still don’t do it.

The Bears went 5-12 last year picking Caleb Williams #1. So you are saying that if our 2nd rd pick wins 4-5 games then its an absolute steal?

Put Down the Crack Pipe !!

What have you read that makes you think I like Shough or he will somehow lead this Ragged and Untalented Saints Roster to a record …that would knock the Saints out of the a Top 6 pick in the 2026 draft ??

You’re too focused on the QB position.

The entire talent base on the team sucks !!

I see by your name you have a Pelicans symbol.

If you support the Pelicans .. you have enough problems to worry about.

Forget the Saints… their fate is sealed in 2025.
