Assuming Delane has one side locked up to himself, who starts as the corner opposite of him. And when we are in nickel who will play the nickel. If Delane goes to nickel that should be interesting to see who the 2 on the boundary are.

I’d like to see this as well. I guess we will see if the coaches trust him to start in such an environment in his first game. I’m sure he’ll play a lot regardless; his talent is just too much.

Stamps likely starts outside, with Pickett rotating drives. Woodland is likely the nickel cb. All of them have had solid camps. We are as solid at cb as we've been since 2019. Should be a group thats consistent at worst, and has upside to make plays.

Kelly's first year was solid in the secondary too. They were all versatile, and having multiple safeties who played multiple spots was big. Feels similar this year adding haulcy and cooley. My UH buddy has been telling me we got a dude all summer in haulcy.

That’s very likely.

Stamps, Woodland, and Pickett are all going to play. Stamps is going to be Corner 2. He has also been sliding inside into the slot as well. There are going to be times where there are 4 corners on the field and Pickett and Woodland will likely be the corners on the outside with Stamps and Delane inside but Woodland has also played some slot so will be interesting how they matchup those guys.

I would expect Stamps, Delane, and Woodland be the primary 3 corners to start the year. Pickett will see more playing time as the year goes on and I would expect him to jump into that top 3 rotation by the South Carolina game.

I haven't seen any word on jakeem jackson. I know he wasn't the most heralded newcomer, but Raymond seemed to like him a lot to bring him with him from Floride. Maybe it was always a depth take, but I figured we would see him on the field this season. Hasn't seemed that way from the camp reports
