I’m really excited about the Db’s this year . I think year 2 under CCR is going to be awesome I expect them to play on an island and be very aggressive .

honestly I do. I think that the secondary will be good to great next year as well. we will still have spears toviano Pickett Williams . the linebackers are good too ,I think Rossand braker will be good as well as the youngest weeks and Moses.

really excited about cj jimcoily, hes the 3rd string star behind Gilbert and perk , hes big enough and gas a background in defensive back. although he may have to beat out Ross if they prefer him there instead of the traditional backer spot. keys and singleton are there too. we are in great shape at linebacker for the next couple years ,at least.

DBU means top notch, one of best groups in the country, multiple NFL players. Not sure we have that this year, but here's to hoping so...

Never left. When I think of DBU, I remember the confidence with which players like Pat P., Tre White, Mo Clay, and others played. Wide receivers were genuinely intimidated when lining up against them. Young defensive backs were eager to attend LSU because the name alone carried weight.

The safeties we’ve had on our team—Tyrann, Jamal, Reid, Landry, Delpit, Steltz, and Jones—were relentless every Saturday, always looking to make big plays. This year, I believe we have some talented players who are going to stand out: Mansoor, Cooley, Pickett, and Hauley are DBU!

DBU is not just being a lock down DB, it's the style, swagger, confidence, trend setting abilities and dawg mentality which has been buried since Ed got fired but they will rise August 30th.

I think it was a really big under the radar pick up for us to get Guidry as an analyst. I'm still not sold on Olsen so having Guidry there as back up could be huge. I think we see flashes of old DBU with another jump next year to truly return to what we know to be DBU.

Hearing Ashton stamps talk about the secondary got me excited. I think that swagger is back . I don’t remember CCR having too many bad secondary’s here at LSU .
