I am certainly not. The entire judicial system in New Orleans, along with the crooked lawyers will never put her in jail. Yeah, Moreno is the answer. GTFO. City needs a freaking flood to douche out everyone in city hall. Probably teb voting base too

Feds wouldn’t bring charges unless sure things. And I don’t think they want to look like fools unlike last administration.

Looking at the charges and the evidence they included in the indictment...she's cooked. She's always been blatant with it but now she's pissed off the feds.

Not true. And very few defendants beat the rap in federal court.
Now I haven’t read the indictment, but from what I’ve gleaned it doesn’t seem really strong. It’s possible she could walk.

Well this is a step in the right direction... just chill and see how it plays out. I think she'll finish up her term, then trial, then at least some time behind bars. I think there's still more dirt that will come out once the feds start questioning people.

This investigation was launched by Biden’s admin, not Trump. It’s got major bipartisan backing in NOLA—pretty much all the level-headed peeps here, regardless of their political stance, totally can’t stand her.
