Anyone going to the Clemson game? Where are you parking?

Hello. If anyone was going to the Clemson game, I was wondering where are you parking? Do they have remote lots one can catch a shuttle to the stadium before and after the game? Thank you in advance.

Taking Uber or Lyft to downtown

Due to multiple building projects and for the first time ever Clemson doesn’t have free general parking options.
Here is a list of single game options. I usually buy ones on N College Ave. Which is a residential road that starts in the heart of downtown and ends at the ESSO Club (sports bar/restaurant and outdoor live music party spot). The ESSO is very close the stadium. It’s a convenient location if you want to bar hop. I’m guessing these will run $100ish.
The spots are tight (it’s someone’s yard) so you won’t be able to set a tent like you would in a field or parking lot. But you’re under big trees.
Clemson Single Game Parking
The other option of course is buying a pass on Stubhub.

You sound likecyou know the area....
We are going up to Clemson, but not to the game.
Where are some good places to watch the game nearby? Are there restaurants or sports bars we can go to with a 16 year old?

I bought a Brooks Center lot pass from someone on the Clemson message board. I wanted a paved lot on the south side of campus for easier access to I-85 after the game.
I contacted several of the people referenced on Clemson's single game parking site, but all the ones that responded had lots north of campus or distant lots with shuttle service. They were reasonably priced, but I wasn't interested in being on that side of campus for postgame traffic or parking in someone's yard.

Most of downtown is bars that will be 21 and over around kick off. There is a Walk-Ons downtown. I’d say crash a LSU tailgate that has a tv setup.

So, no LSU “party” set up then?

We usually take cash like we did for Columbia South Carolina are there not those options?

Haven’t been able to find one yet. We are going to esso for lunch and to watch Texas vs Ohio state.

No, Downtown Clemson. Greenville is a 45+ minute drive to Clemson. Downtown Clemson is basically the campus and a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium. There is a Walk-Ons Restaurant there. It’s fairly small though.

Are you able to make a thread that we can hopefully get mods to pin that will help explain some of this? Or is there a preferred Clemson forum we can reach out to for this? I'm in a group of 10+ trying to organize a tailgate for the game and any assistance with that would help as we are half and half LSU/Clemson trying to sort this out.

How is traffic on Gameday when heading in from Greenville?

There's no open tailgating there. Everything is relegated to designated tailgating lots. You'll need to buy a pass 2nd half off tigernet or stub hub. The best lots right next to the stadium/tiger walk are going for $1,000.
My crew got a spot in lot 6 that is 9x23 for $600. Barely enough room for our car, a few tents and tables.

I'm staying at the Hampton Inn on Tiger Blvd. Is that a walkable distance to the stadium and other local attractions?

Is StubHub reliable for a parking pass? I’ve been getting mixed messages.
