It’s universal that Haener has outplayed Shough. So you want to cut the better player?

I’d easily cut Haener and bring in a more proven vet. Haener isn’t anything but practice squad material and being slightly better than Shough at this moment doesn’t and shouldn’t give him a spot on this team. Did anyone actually watch Haener play? And you haven’t laid eyes on Shough to even make this statement.
